Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI compliance standards.
We understand the deeply personal nature of what you share with us. Your content is used solely to generate your letter and is treated with care and discretion. It is not used to train AI models or for any other purpose.
We do not create user accounts. Your letter is accessible via a unique URL for 24 hours after purchase. We recommend saving or printing your letter promptly.
We use minimal session-level cookies only as required for payment processing. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Due to the instant delivery of digital content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your letter, please contact us and we'll make it right.
